Logline: On February 18, 2023, President Jimmy Carter announced he would be receiving home hospice care. On March 31, we went to his hometown of Plains, Georgia, to see how his friends and family were feeling.

This film was featured as a part of Jimmy Carter's 100th Birthday Celebration on October 1, 2024 by personal request of the Carter family. It was screened at the Jimmy Carter National Park for members of the Carter family, local lawmakers, and members of the community.
